FIRE SERVICE INSTRUCTOR Fire Service training presents many challenges, all of which can be met by well-prepared and educated instructors. Instructors provide the fire fighters and emergency responders with the knowledge and skill resources that enable them to perform their jobs in a safe and effective manner. The Division has continuously worked toward the improvement and education of Missouris Fire Service Instructors since the inception of its certification programs. We continue to work closely with the Fire & Rescue Training Institute on the development of instructor training programs and continuing education for instructors.
