mutaid2.jpg (968527 bytes) In 1990, the Missouri General Assembly enacted House Bill 1395-1448 which provided the support for establishing a statewide mutual aid system for major emergencies or disasters.  This legislation was key to the subsequent mutual aid system as it exists today.
